Yes, the goal for Fulham should not have been disallowed after a "careless challenge" from Muniz.

Chalobah arrives late to intercept the ball, Muniz goes for the spin as he's in possession and Chalobah places his foot down in that area, resorting in a natural clash. Not a foul.
