-k2: Conio
-k3: split in N cold shards each kept by a TTP

Case1 - normal op: k1+k2 sign TXN

Case2 - user lost k1: k2+k3 quorum to recover user'fund

Case3 - Conio failure: k1+k3 quorum

Conio is f=1-tolerant, exchanges don't. Easy!

@GetintheRingHdp @conio No non è custodial, è un multisig 2-di-3 con sistema di recupero brevettato. L'utente ha la prima chiave e Conio ha una seconda chiave per controfirmare le transazioni. La terza chiave è divisa in N shard offline presso terze parti da usare tramite quorum in caso di recovery.
