I’m a huge Beilein fan and hearing this talk about a new coach “bringing back the pride” is ridiculous. Listening to some of the “Fab five” talk it makes you wonder if they realize that their actions (some of them) caused the darkest history for the program!!
A couple of weeks ago I decided to retire as Coach at FGR. My decision was easy knowing @coachrex would most likely be taking over the program after being with me for two years. We have a great group of young players that Rex will take over and lead. Good luck to my friend...

Big win for the Irish tonight!! Kept fighting and played great defense in the 4th qtr. Kendzicky led the team with another solid game scoring 18. Rumler chipped in 16 fighting thru an injury and Mueller played a great game on both ends scoring 5. What a great crowd, THANKS!!!!!!
2-0 start by the Irish...another balanced attack with N. Rumler scoring 13, G. Kendzicky 12 and B. Scavo 11. Great crowd and a big thanks to the student section, really got us going!!! Go Irish!!!
FGR Irish Cheer team at it again. The FGR Varsity Cheer Team will be headed to Most Holy Trinity Church in Corktown in Detroit this Saturday (November 8, 2018) to volunteer at the Annual Children’s Christmas Party. Go Irish!
Great 2nd half effort by the Irish tonight against a tough Pinckney team. Greg Kendzicky (jr.) led the balanced scoring with 15, Nate Rumler (sr.)and Quinn Rotche (fr.) each had 14 and Brad Scavo (sr.) finished with 9. Great team win!!!!
