Dr. L. Sewanyana attended the ABETO Peace Award ceremony at Hotel Africana. The Permanent Secretaries pledged to promote peaceful resolution of conflicts in their work.
FHRI hosted Cohort 11 fellows from the Makerere University Rotary Peace Centre.The fellows, undertaking studies in peace & conflict resolution, were lectured by Dr. Sewanyana, 'The Role of Key Actors in Human Rights Observance: Human Rights Institutions & the Mechanisms They Use'
