@HMRCcustomers I’m trying to sign into my government gateway so I can access my tax free childcare account but my access code isn’t coming through. I haven’t changed my number and the last 4 digits are mine. I’ve tried multiple times and restarted my phone.

@SKODAUK I’m absolutely appalled, I picked up my Fabia last week from your Liverpool dealership and I’ve already had my car in twice due to warning lights coming on. It’s not been fixed so I have to wait again for parts to come in. Why have I been sold a faulty car?

@HMRCcustomers how long is it taking to process new child benefit claims? I’ve been waiting 26 days now from the 28 and I’ve heard nothing. I received a text message on the 05/03/2025 saying you’re processing but when I check on my HMRC login there’s nothing there.

@marksandspencer I made two online orders last week, I cancelled one within 5 mins but the payment has still gone out and I’ve been told by customer services it’s been refunded. When in-fact it was taken twice! So I’m out of pocket by £35 with no further help!
