@FHSHardBall@EricCressey I do not disagree with any of this, but this is why each lift is a progression and not just a go do it kind of thing. A cue like "knees out" is to correct a flaw. The primary flaw in his example is foot position, not knee position.
Clinics, camps, practicing year round are fine and well, but if they were the answer Fauquier wouldn't be able to hold the trophies and banners. Why not give getting strong a chance???
