Congrats to ‘23 FHS/FL-931 grads Brad Harrinaraine (left) and Alex Rooks (pictured as a 2nd-year cadet) who both got their USAF jobs today during the annual ROTC “drop night.” Alex will enter the air battle manager career field, and Brad will be a pilot. Great work, guys!

Maj Clarke’s ERAU AS121 dual enrollment cadets got some flight time out at the Ocala airport Friday morning to reinforce what they’ve learned in the classroom. Many thanks to Austin Fields at PRP Aviation for managing the flying! Some flew a Cirrus and some flew a Cessna 172.

Last night’s flag retirement ceremony, this morning’s breakfast and some activities today, including combat, survival, and physical training. The day ended with a capstone exercise involving all skills learned during MLS. Graduation tomorrow; expect us back at FHS by 1:00ish.
5:30am wake-up, PT before sunrise, some great food and team building activities on day two of our freshman camp. The day ended with a flag retirement ceremony hosted by first-year cadets.
Mini Leadership School day 1: the first-year cadets are formed into flights and are eating the best spaghetti dinner ever. The weekend will be filled with classes including archery, land navigation, and team building. We’ll post a few times a day, so stay tuned!
