Our ACHT students have begun their weekly housekeeping practical sessions every Wednesday at Hulhule Island Hotel (HIH). We extend our sincere gratitude to HIH for this valuable opportunity for our students to gain hands-on experience and real industry exposure.

Our Dean Ms. Zeenath Solih conducted a guest lecture for students from Villa International High School on cultural influences on cuisine, menu planning, and hospitality industry insights. We hope the session inspired students to explore more about hospitality and culinary arts!

On 13 May 2026, we hosted a four-course Asian lunch experience for students from Villa International High School. Students explored Asian cuisine through a specially prepared menu, while learning about food presentation, dining etiquette, and hospitality service standards.

Our first Bread Making Workshop (25–26 Feb) was a huge success! 🍞 ✨ Participants learned to make soft rolls, focaccia, pizza bases and more in this hands-on session led by our Dean. Organised as a fundraiser by the FHTS Exposure Trip Committee, more workshops coming soon!
