Our main account @Fasthosts has fallen victim to the X Age Verification process. (Twitter thinks we were too young when we opened it.)
Briefly this account had the same issue, but has been sorted quicker. We are now back to normal providing support on this account.

I have checked with the team in charge of our competitions and they have said that it should take you back to the same page but instead of 'enter the draw' it should say 'you've entered'
