ANOTHER REMINDER:

Futuristichub doesn't have the power to sue anybody, especially for petty reasons. If he emails you threatening to sue, don't buy it. People who actually start to pursue legal systems do not actually say they are going to do it, they only say that because they know they don't have the power to and want to use it to intimidate you

Also, no lawyer is going to take any case Futuristichub would want to pursue, he's not in a good position for it. He has 5 lawsuits against him, 3 of him he lost, has a current multi millionaire judgement against him, any lawsuit he will file will just become an asset that the plaintiffs will target. A lawyer won't help him with that, and he definitely won't want to spend his broke ass money on an expensive lawsuit he can't afford

The plaintiffs also showed the judge a screencap of Brian (Futuristichub) threatening the plaintiffs again, violating a court order.

He's already not helping himself in court, I hope the lawyer insisted Brian to stop tweeting or talking about the plaintiffs, and about Detective Truth aswell. He'll very likely be ignoring this account from now on, and hold off on the comments about "suing me"

Brian (Futuristichub) now has two show cause hearings for November 3, judge still doesn't seem impressed with Brian. Today's motion was just a motion to compel, but the judge set a show cause hearing anyway cause she doesn't trust Brian.

Now Brian has two show cause hearings, one for the death/racist threats, and another for refusing to give discovery.

His original channel was terminated specifically for making violent threats against @BrodyFoxx. (The first attached screenshot shows the original threats that resulted in his initial termination).

Not only is he evading his ban, but the second and third screenshots show he is continuing the exact same dangerous off-platform behavior. He is still sending explicit death threats, including using severe racial slurs and threatening to beat someone to death.

He is dangerous, actively evading termination, and severely violating YouTube’s off-platform behavior policies. Please escalate this and review the new channel immediately.

When is Futuristichub going to learn that playing the wait game over financial obligations isn't gonna work anymore? He and Marko did this over withholding payments from the plaintiffs, now he's doing this over withholding bank records like they're gonna forget eventually. Messing with the bankruptcy court like this will land you in jail, if he doesn't learn, it will still catch up to him

Yes Futuristichub, you are getting arrested. That's absolutely gonna happen. At least until you give the plaintiffs all financial info, that includes all banks and assets you can access, the bitcoin accounts, etc. You're refusing and things WON'T NOT escalate if you keep refusing

None of those are my words, those are said by the plaintiffs attorneys on paper, AND the law.

Except Futuristichub's claims are bullshit and do not line up with reality. A judge in court did decide that Brian owned Futuristichub all along, that was what the second lawsuit in 2020 against him was about. He was sued for fraudulent transfers for claiming Holly owned FH as a legal cover-up to shield assets. He lost this lawsuit, meaning the courts don't buy his story

He will even claim that anything happening to him that he won't like will be "illegal", such as garnishing his Adsense revenue. Unfortunately for FH, garnishing his assets is not illegal, and the courts did affirm plaintiffs garnishing his FH revenue. These are standard legal proceedings that are being done the legal and right way by the plaintiffs, whether Futuristichub likes it or not. He got sued multiple times and he lost, this is why all of this is happening to him

No it's not, it was decided by actual courts, and public opinion says otherwise. Brian Martin owned Futuristichub all along, he started saying he wasn't because he lost the lawsuit suing him for $20M and doesn't wanna pay it. He did at first say Chrissie owned FH, then Chrissie divorced him for domestic abuse and then Brian married Holly and had Holly tell courts that she owned FH all along, this led to both Holly and Brian being sued again for fraudulent transfers.

Futuristichub is a pathological liar, he lost 4 lawsuits by the same plaintiffs so far and has another one pending and so far none of the courts buy his story. Plus, the attorneys are currently working on getting Futuristichub arrested, just so you know
