@BBCNews We’ve been broken down for almost 24hrs with 2 kids with the @TheRAC_UK. Currently waiting for our 4th tow

@TheRAC_UK almost 24hrs after we initially broke down and called for help, hours of mixed messages and poor communication (on your part), 19 phones calls from us, 3 different tow trucks (a 4th on its way) and 1 taxi, we’re finally only 38 miles from home. All with 2 kids on board

@TheRAC_UK we’ve been stuck in our car for almost 12hrs now, with two children. We’ve a lept in our car. Customer service has been shocking - no updates, constantly told someone will be with us in 30mins and then when we speak to an operator we’re told it’ll be a few more hours!
