Tell it to your children. Tell it to your grandchildren. Let it be written into the books of history: you lived in an age when the most powerful empire in human history, armed with all its wealth, weapons, and will, could not force the Shiʿa to bow, could not break their spirits, and could not make them surrender.
Nigel, the woman standing next to you trying to look humble is the same woman that was chasing and insulting old Iranians coming out of the Iranian consult. She is a vile despicable human being.
You can’t be intellectually honest and say you support Palestinians while also supporting the overthrow of the Iranian government.
That position reflects blind spots in your thinking.
Usually one of two things is going on:
(A) You’re blaming the leaders of the Islamic Revolution for the conditions Iran faces today, without seriously accounting for decades of external pressure, sanctions, and intervention.
(B) You’re not fully grappling with the level of violence, coercion, and criminality that governments—especially powerful ones—routinely use to stay in power, often under the banner of “liberation.”
Either way, the contradiction isn’t moral outrage—it’s selective analysis.
One example: Iranians will often cite to Khomeini on the plane w reporters in 1979, when asked how he feels about coming back to Iran after 15 years- and his response being “hich” which means “nothing” as an example of the coldness of Ayatollah Khomeini. But that is a very uninformed view. Hich in mystical philosophy has great meaning- “not our will but Thy will.” Here is Ayatollah Khomeini himself explaining what it is to be a servant of God.
Never look down on someone who is poor because in reality we are all poor. No amount of money will make us needless.
Allah is the only one who is self-sufficient.
When a baby is born they say be careful of the neck and support the head since the neck of an infant is very delicate and fragile
Curse be upon the one who fired an arrow at the neck of Ali Asghar
Any Shi'a who steps into activism or politics must first be grounded in our theology and the lives of the Prophet and the Imams. Without this foundation, your direction will be blind, and your efforts misguided. Through the study of our creed and the legacy of the infallibles, you will learn how to stand, speak, and act with purpose. Every move you make, every position you take, must be rooted in the Qur’ān and the Sunnah. This is not optional, it is the path of truth, the way of Wilāyah, and the only compass for the one who seeks to serve justice.
The American people must pressure their government to cut ties with Israel.
Your country is 37 trillion dollars in debt.
You struggle to afford education, healthcare and basic necessities.
Yet, your corrupt politicians want your sons and daughters to go die for Netanyahu’s political career.
Wake up!
Peace be upon Imam Muhammad Taqi al Jawad (as)
He was martyred at a young age just like Syeda Fatima (sa)
He was betrayed by his wife just like Imam Hassan (as)
His body was left for days just like Imam Hussain (as)
It’s kinda crazy that while Gaza is still under attack as we speak and some muslims can’t give up drinking Starbucks. Its BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR AND A HALF. Embarrasing af.
Social media has become unbearable—caught between influencers flaunting their morning mushroom lattes and the raw horror of genocide. It’s hard for me to even open these apps anymore.
