Wrapped up debate around midnight last night and started strong debate this morning on SB23-170 “Extreme Risk Protection Orders Petitions” that expands the ability to petition to get someone’s firearms taken away to educators, health care providers, mental health care providers, DAs etc…
Who would go get mental health care treatment if they run a risk of losing their firearms? This is horrible legislation on already horrible legislation…
