No one should be celebrated for being born as if they participated in the activity that conceived them or carried themselves as pregnancy. You think you deserve an award for being born?
@Jamwanda2@bla_bidza This is not a permanent solution it's a temporary relief so that the economy adjust. Also, consider the bulk of civil service which has already received their salaries. The increase in fuel prices pushes all other prices up and rendering their salaries worthless.
I think Zimbabwe should maximize on every crises. Dubai is not safe for tourism at the moment the whole of the middle east. Uk has joined the conflict every sane person from UK will try to seek a place to lay low. Let's advertise our country @edmnangagwa@MOTHI_ZIMBABWE
There is a Shona saying that goes like nhamo yemumwe hai rambirwe sadza. What is the government doing to capitalize and benefit economically from the disturbances in the middle east.@nickmangwana@LynneStactia@daddyhope@edmnangagwa
@daddyhope Kkkkkk this is the best answer. What happened in Venezuela doesn't have to affect Zimbabwe. But we want to know why it happened because what doesn't satisfy the need for what happened
@BabesweHunters If you have your equipment just go Kuma areas akuvakwa especially ku new areas start with solving solar related issues even for free leave contact charge cheap prices do your very best contracts will overrun you
You then go to wants. So your priorities become wants because need you are able to meet without effort. Then when you rise higher you then prioritize investment because you can meet needs and wants
@antomukuwa I think this is a wrong perception on reality. Poor people on have needs first then wants then investment. Using Maslow's hierarchy of needs it's clear that needs are lower level in the hierarchy when have nothing you only buy needs. But when you have you
What do you guys say about this ?I personally think sometimes people are too hard on the have nots.
Because what one might define as a want to us it’s a need.Those born with open balances don’t have to worry about having a house to them to have one it’s a want because they were left with one or two houses, to us to have one is a need because you grew up renting!
They come and say we are oppressed. Come with their weapons and kill you our leaders and leave us in chaos. Because the biggest business in the world is WAR. Africa and the middle east has been stopped from participating in the market. Because they fear a strong Africa
Mayor I thought you were going to say Africa should take time to invest in weapons and other industries that are being destroyed by the fighting countries. We should not be quick to fear war that is not in our land we should be like jackals or hyenas who are always ready to take
“War: The world spent $2.4 trillion on military costs and weapons in 2023, the highest level ever recorded, according to a new study.”
@nytimesworld this morning.
By comparison would be interesting to see how much the world spent on #education in 2023. I suspect a fraction of $2,4 trillion and therein lies the problem.
The world will become safer if we give the coming generation hope by educating them as well as possible.
But we must first look inward - #Zimbabwe should take the lead by investing heavily in education. At present we are doing the opposite- in real terms our investment in education is declining and teachers’ morale is low. That needs to change quickly.
We will never become a middle income country unless we invest more in education.
Revolution we did not participate in the Industrial revolution Wich resulted in global warming. Now we are forced to sign treaties that stop us growing industrialy. When their houses burn we are told to stop everything and demonstrate for them to be peaceful. Yet when are at peac
