@discoweav @LeighDay_Law Yep, they had the size and influence to drive the market in whichever direction they saw fit. If the trader reported into the board he would have done whatever they said...and we've seen how the board's morals are

Spoke to @LeighDay_Law recently surrounding the market making/trading activity carried out by #footballindex as a potentially fruitful line of enquiry. I had only suspicions and assumptions pertaining to how FI executed their 'market making' function prior to ydays report

@SweetFI1 @LeighDay_Law Would be interested to see an audit trail of bids/offers. Spoofing and layering are market offences which involve a trader inserting 'fake' orders which manipulates true levels of supply/demand. I'm convinced this was taking place after order books came in, via both users and FI

However, the evidence is stacking up that FI conducted business in relation to their trading activity via unethical, immoral and misleading procedures. It's a small cog in the wheel, but I believe this is a crucial avenue to investigate more

Under UK law covering financial markets, criminal sanctions for insider dealing and market manipulation can incur custodial sentences of up to 7 years and unlimited fines. Obviously, FI is not a legitimate stock market which is immune from market abuse laws governing it

@GeorgeG60648904 I'm defo no expert, but Admin said in previous comms that Trust Account ran dry by Apr 22nd on forecast div payments. That statement alone would suggest that you can't log on May 21st and withdraw cash balance that's accumulated in the last month, let alone the one before that

@GeorgeG60648904 Completely agree, that's how I read it. From previous statements this is not the way it is. Admin said the hearing is for the suggested return date of either Mar 11th or Mar 26th to be decided. I think they've worded terribly. Be stunned if we can log in and withdraw all balance

Utterly irrelevant - Sancho/Messi/Kane/Trent/Ney would all have small payouts under the Hail Mary proposal yday. It's important to consider how the platform could have stayed enjoyable without ludicrous payouts and then question mgmt motive behind that structure #footballindex
