@NefeshBNefesh Supporting those who serve by making sure they have the resources, guidance, and community they need to thrive. Thank you to everyone working to make the journey easier for Lone Soldiers before, during, and after their service. 🇮🇱💙

Yom Siddurim 2026 💚

9,200 IDF Lone Soldiers came to the EXPO Tel Aviv today for Yom Siddurim, the annual day where government, military and civilian services all set up under one roof.

Olim from around the world were there alongside Israeli Lone Soldiers from across the country. The goal: knock out the bureaucracy and everyday stuff that’s hard to deal with while you’re in uniform.

70+ ministries, agencies, organizations and service providers were on site helping with:
- Driver’s license conversions
- Biometric IDs and passports
- National Insurance
- Housing
- Employment
- Academic degree recognition
- Banking
- Legal guidance
- Military benefits
- Aliyah services

Soldiers could also learn about the resilience programming and emotional support resources from the Nefesh B'Nefesh-FIDF Lone Soldiers Program with mental health support for Lone Soldiers, reservists and soldiers returning to civilian life.

Organized by the Nefesh B’Nefesh-FIDF Lone Soldiers Program and Merkaz Habodedim, with the Mofet Unit of the IDF Manpower Directorate and the Association for Israel's Soldiers, as part of the IDF’s annual Lone Soldier Appreciation Week.

*The NBN–FIDF Lone Soldiers Program supports Olim who make Aliyah and are required to serve in the IDF, offering practical and community-based support before, during, and after their mandatory service*

Nearly 3 years after losing his leg in Gaza, IDF veteran Boris Shtonda completed the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii with a prosthesis.

With support from FIDF donor Michael Ochstein, Boris reclaimed what once seemed impossible.

I've commemorated #Oct7 by making another donation to the @FIDF. The @IDF doing the best it can to defend its people in the face of vicious and mendacious attacks. God bless them in their necessary work.

Trying to hurt Israel with economic boycotts, simply means that Israel can't afford to help those in need.

You can help though, by donating to @FIDF.

Give hope to caring. Give to the Friends of the IDF.🥹
