Congratulations to FF Finlay Beattie who has completed his Wholetime Training at NTC, Cambuslang.

Finlay has been away since the turn of the year but we’re looking forward to welcoming him back in his On-Call capacity with us before he starts in Inverness next month.

22:49 📟 1st pump mobilised to a fire in the open in Invergordon, on arrival it was discovered to be a large skip well alight. OIC requested our 2nd pump for extra crew and to provide water supplies. Fire extinguished using 2 hose reels and a thermal image camera. #S30P6 #S30P7

Really enjoyable HAZMAT consolidation exercise tonight. Use of GTS, HAN1/2 completion, improvised decontamination and a chance for FF to act as OIC of scenario, good prep for upcoming TTR refresher.
