2184: World Boss and Genesis Heroes Alpha Drop ⛰️ In this weekly rendition of the #2184Game alpha drop, we're announcing the World Boss competitive PvE system and the updates on Genesis Heroes. ⛄�� World Boss 💠 The World Boss event lasts for around 15 days. During this period, you can spend a small amount of GMT to challenge the boss any number of times. Before the battle, you can spend Slime to inspire yourself (i.e. boost your attributes in that single battle), and you’ll randomly receive one “Battle Blessing.” 💠 Each battle will record the damage the player has dealt. This damage value is used to show your single-challenge damage, and your highest damage dealt so far will be used in the ranking. Simply joining a challenge places you on the world leaderboard. After each boss battle, the result interface will display your damage; if it exceeds your personal best, it will overwrite your external display and ranking value. 💠 The boss has normal base stats and a high HP cap that cannot be fully depleted. (HP percentage-based attack will be accounted for as either disabled or restricted.) The normal combat flow applies, with a fixed number of rounds as the limit. 💠 During the World Boss challenge period, there is no limit to the number of challenges. You can fight multiple times to continuously try to improve your highest recorded damage. 💠 Each time you challenge the boss, you accumulate personal reward returns, which can later be claimed in SL during the season’s reward-claim period. Every time you spend GMT for a challenge, the SL return value will increase. 💠 After the World Boss challenge period ends, there is a set time for finalizing rankings and claiming rewards. Anyone who has participated in a boss challenge will receive a certain amount of SL as a reward! Players with top damage ranks can obtain a certain percentage of the total GMT prize pool. 👔 Genesis Hero and Genesis Hero Special Skin In the previous Alpha Drop we mentioned that Genesis Heroes in 2184 will have 2 utility perks. One is the guaranteed enhancement result: in any enhancement process that includes a Genesis Hero, the enhancement result will be guaranteed to preserve the Genesis Hero’s Code Name. The other is more pairing choices: each Genesis Hero can pair with all categories of Weapons. Today we are introducing the Genesis Hero Special Skin. For players who own Genesis Heroes in the current Gas Hero, in the conversion process, they will receive 1 Genesis Hero NFT and 1 Genesis Hero Special Skin NFT from each Gas Hero Genesis Hero NFT. Genesis Heroes can function effectively in battles with or without Special Skins in 2184. During a battle, if a player owns both a Genesis Hero and a Genesis Hero Special Skin, the Genesis Hero Pairing banner will show the design of the Genesis Hero Special Skin. When the player owns more than one Genesis Hero Special Skin for the same Hero, the player can choose one skin for display during the battle, or the system will randomly display one skin that the player owns. When a player only has a Genesis Hero Special Skin but does not have a Genesis Hero NFT, the Skin will not be effectively displayed in the battle. 🥇Special Rewards to the Semi-Finalists of the previous Individual Gas War on March 5, 2025 As we are approaching the end of the asset conversion period (March 20, 2025), we do want to reward players who are still actively participating in the Gas Wars.
