Coincidence - today pt Diagnosed in hospital age 75 discharged on insulin. No mixing/air shot, using sites into leg muscle. Told to eat sandwich before bed to avoid night hypos no DVLA advice, no in pt DSN referral for support #WeGPNs @DSNforumUK use FIT links on our pt website
