Very quick update from me on #footballindex I have a plan now I just need to wait for a response (or not based on previous experience) from Treasury then I will act. Been really busy with work etc recently hence a lack of action but I have a couple more weeks before I can act!

Come on @TheFCA let's go to court and argue whether #footballindex was a regulated product. Your only defence is this was a sporting spread bet. Which you regulate anyway. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people you are supposed to protect!
