@Zidave1 Also don't know if you do have a party wall agreement? Or the scale of the works. But I'd recommend doing a conditions survey of your property - even just dated photos. So you have a record of the condition.

Not entirely sure how stop notices work post the BSA system. But would have thought if it's unchecked / unsafe works the council will get involved. Did you report it?
