I guess pictures are worth a 1000 words. These are the 4 checks so far that @Chase and @ChaseSupport allowed a Fake Emily to cash not deposit at three different branches in Denver, CO and somehow decided that we were financially responsible for their fuck up. Meanwhile, Chase Bank feels it’s perfectly fine to steal over $2500 out of our accounts to cover their fuck up without providing any reasonable proof that we were even involved.

We have now had to drive over 30 miles round trip to the branch multiple times to have us and the local branch staff talk to your offshore fucktards who couldn’t even explain how this was even linked to us to begin with, but, don’t worry, Chase Bank made THEMSELVES whole by taking OUR MONEY, leaving us—a family—screwed while it “investigates” for 3-5 business days. My wife cried after dealing with EIGHT offshore call center fucktards. That’s not service; that’s emotional distress! $2,500 is our groceries, our mortgage, our car payments, our kid’s daycare. You let a Fake Emily rob us, then YOU robbed us to cover YOUR inability to protect us financially!
