As pointed out on Melanie Littles stream, for the first time we are seeing Michael Proctors February 2, 2022 search warrant for Karen Reads phone. As you can see proctor says that her phone was seized at 5:30. He says it a bunch of times. We now know that was a lie thanks for the Dighton Police who reported the car and phone were seized by 4:15. The commonwealth stuck with 5:30 for so long, until they couldn’t. Proctor put this in the search warrant and lied to a judge because he knew that if he seized the phone at 5:30 then tail light couldn’t be planted at 5:45. He was framing her since day one.

Brian Tully wasn’t on the group text where Michael Proctor was sending inappropriate messages about Karen Read. This means the investigation has nothing to do with the text messages. So what do all 3 of these people have in common? They’re all Proctors immediate superiors in the Norfolk County DAs office, they all signed off on his fraudulent reports in the Karen Read case, and they all testified in front of a grand jury that indicted me. This investigation isn’t about dirty text messages, it’s about covering up a murder.
