New: Proposed order filed today would require @nys_cannabis abide by 2024 guidance to measure 500 feet b/t dispensaries & schools or houses of worship until Feb. 15, 2026.

D.C. TIME: This week the D.C. Board of Elections signed off on a proposed ballot initiative that, if approved by voters, would exempt D.C. from Daylight Saving Time. (The city wouldn't move clocks an hour up every March.) There's still a long ways to the ballot, though.
