During the annual LA County Fair, the Fairplex Garden Railroad has an “Itch to Pitch” pond open where fair guests are encouraged to pitch coins into the water. This year, approximately 60,000 people visited and toured the Garden Railroad attraction.

The incredible volunteer team collected the coins after the fair ended and graciously donated the money to The Learning Centers. A total of $587 was collected! 👏 A big thank you to the Garden Railroad team for this very nice gesture – we appreciate you!
