Giselle whirled around, striking far too delicate a pose.〝 What do you think? Too much? Not enough? 〞
〝 The Visored, right? 〞she chirruped, happily, pushing through the wailing of paranoid white noise. Onward she sauntered, her boot-soles brushing merrily off the earth.
〝 Nightmare ahoy! How'd you live with that? Doesn't your Hollow get all ... growly, sometimes? 〞
It was strange for Giselle. The journey through the Fifth Division, amiable enough as it was, felt labyrinthine, as though she were waiting on a betrayal with excruciating apprehension. After all, were she in the proverbial belly of the beast, and were it 𝘴𝘩𝘦 welcoming a -

affable. easy-going. there's no need for unnecessary conflict , especially when shinji's really not feeling it either.
“ cute name, ” he grins. “ tha' name's shinji. ”

〝 Mm ... oh, you mean Bambi? 〞she asked, after an insultingly long and lively contemplation. In spite of all her many ( and noisy! ) assertions otherwise, Bambi just wasn't figurehead material.
Pretty? 𝘠𝘦𝘴. Violent? 𝘠𝘦𝘴. Dumb? 𝘠𝘦𝘴.
But inspirational?
- and sickly like that as she lost control ... gosh, well! It makes a girl blush. 〞It made Giselle's putrescent heart thrum like a butterfly suffocated within her breast, and her stomach writhe and grasp at the hollowness within her. Instead of a blank veneer, that smile -
〝 Ohhh. It's 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 〞To be entirely honest, he was the worst. His nauseating sword, his xylophone-mouth ... there were no upsides at all to this inconvenience.
Still, Giselle was unflappable as ever, and smiled airily.
〝 This isn't the twelfth? I give up. I'm so lost! 〞
