@MrClutch_Auto has taken money out of my account TWICE and still not made a booking. I have contacted the local Reading branch and head office of the error, both of which were extremely unhelpful. I am now out ยฃ400 during Christmas and no MOT and service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
