More than 1,000 employers from all over 🇨🇿participated in the evaluation of domestic secondary and higher education institutions in the "School recommended by employers" survey. FME received the title for the eighth time, this year it was ranked 2nd among the faculties.
Yesterday, the Minister of Education Awards were announced. Miloslav Druckmüller, a mathematician and teacher from FME, received the award for outstanding educational activities, and our graduate Michaela Hošková received the award for outstanding students. Congratulations!
Jakub's master thesis will certainly not end up in a drawer: he has created a lab device for sampling seeds of various sizes and shapes. The representative samples created in this way will then be used by experts from the @JKI_Bund 🌱

During the ceremony of this year's Technology Agency of the Czech Republic Awards on 7 November, the main prize was awarded to a project that builds on the CaviPlasma invention of unique water purification technology which tackles even hard-to-remove micropollutants. Congrats!
Yesterday we cut the ribbon and thus ended the extensive project of reconstruction of the faculty's interiors: 3 years, 610 million CZK, the interiors of 6 buildings have been completely modernized, another 2 partially. Thanks to @msmtcr and @VUTvBrne for the financial support!
Interest in a career as a pilot is growing. Instead of the previous 5-7 students, there are now 20 studying to become professional pilots at FME. Practical training is also part of the studies. To meet the capacity, the @VUTvBrne air fleet has grown by a new piece: the Piper.
