FMP update:
- A tweak has been made to the Match Engine (ME), resulting in ME31. The tweak is designed to slightly decrease the effectiveness of defenses
- Translators are now able to translate FP to their local language

All the steps to implement retirement are as follows:
▶️Players with skills below a threshold (75%) of their potential will be asked to retire at the end of the season
▶️Retirement will occur at the end of the season

Now you will be able to clearly see if player is:
- Not bloomed
- In 1st year of bloom
- In 2nd year of bloom
- In 3rd year of bloom
- Bloomed
