Reginald Webb lost his right leg in 1944 at just 22 while serving with the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.
On Friday with Blesma's help, he accepted the Légion d'Honneur.
A former Royal Marine who lost both his legs serving in Afghanistan has been spending time with baby rhinos in South Africa in a unique project that helps veterans who suffer from PTSD.
Blesma recently took a group of injured veterans to WW2 battlefields in Normandy, France.
The trip offers a chance for our veterans to pay their respects and spend time with fellow injured veterans.

Andy lost his arm and both legs in Afghanistan after stepping on an IED. Alex, then 18, rushed to his aid.
10 years on, last year Andy found out Alex was homeless. He has since helped him get back on his feet.

I was once given a sound piece of advice. Good leaders never point a finger or look for cause without first looking in the mirror and understanding what it is that they contribute to the problem. It has served me well 😀
Bullying rarely has its origins in the lower levels of big organisations rather is is modeled by people at the top. Top leaders need to own this & speak out publicly against it & behave accordingly. Positive role models. If we want 2 change our NHS then we need 2 be the change 😀
Cultural change starts at the Board. If leaders r not ready & willing to take a long hard & honest look in the mirror & then take a public stand for the right values & own the challenges of equality & fairness for everyone then little can b expected of others Action not words😀
