MFC's interest methodology of interest in advance has been referred to the Governer of the Reserve Bank. All financial institutions were informed in a letter dated 6 December 1990 that the methodology of interest in advance is illegal. MFC ignored that letter. Nothing unusual.

STANDARD BANK -the rip off continue by an internal policy to increase interest rates without the consent of the client. Latest victim of this unlawful practice by SB was overcharged with R 265 000. Recently SB refunded R 456 000, R165 000, R 124 000 due to this prohibited conduct

WESBANK - it is now a proven fact that WESBANK don't only discriminate against black clients with higher interest rate but it now transpires that the overcharges on black clients are much higher than those of whites.
