@c2c_Rail hey there, barriers at SFO not working London bound. Also gates setup incorrectly, at time of writing luggage barrier open and other two for exit only. Security guards on site, no staff. Was unable to activate Flexitickets.

@British_Airways think there might be an issue with prices when logged in. Checking flights from LHR to MSY for 2 adults total £2K not logged in. Logged in via the website or app and the price for all flights for 2 adults shoot up to £7K.

@c2c_Rail how do you claim delay repay on a Smart card loaded flexiticket. The webpage keeps telling me I didn't travel on the 12th but most definitely did.
