The posts have been installed in Area 1, the grass is being laid too. Once the safety surfacing has been installed the ropes will be added.

The tube slide has been finished, seating installed and the tree climber erected… we are just waiting for the safety flooring to be installed!

A lot of children spent their lunchtime sat watching the installation team today… specifically the drill used to make a hole for the posts.

We’re back! After many months of waiting and delays the contractor arrived today to start installing phase 1 of our new playground equipment. The equipment is on its way from the Czech Republic and should arrive later this week. Keep up to date on progress!

You may have noticed the petals from our shelter have been missing… now they are back, all repaired and newly painted ready to provide shelter for many more years.

The finishing touches are being added to the outside of our new classroom, including a bat box and our new school clock.

We have had our courtyard cleaned this week. It looks brand new, ready to welcome the children back. We have discovered the circular yellow bricks in the middle is actually a maze!

Our new Year R classroom and toilets are nearly ready. Just some finishing touches required!

A hole has appeared in Scotland Class. The builders have knocked through, making an entrance into the new classroom.

All the builders hoarding came down today. Finally, we have space again!

Today we said goodbye to our trim trail. We are waiting for planning permission, then we can install our new play equipment.

Today the Pupil Council went on their last visit to see the progress on the new classroom. Great excitement today as they were allowed to look inside… they were very impressed! Thank you @WatesGroup

The scaffolding has come down today. We can now see the outside of our new classroom.

The roof tiles are nearly all on. Once complete the scaffolding will come down!

Work has now begun on our Year One toilets.

The windows and doors are in, and the roofers are working on the roof! The building is starting to take shape.
