Viki mentions a triangle of work: soul, passion/development and bank balance. If the thing doesn’t fulfil two of the above you don’t do it. Otherwise plan, plan, plan. If not well mentally, go with someone else. Working out what it is you need in this situation, and planning it.
Samya: Young people’s voices and ideas are not always taken seriously - but there are moments when the message gets through and you’re holding people in power accountable. That’s really empowering. See @GretaThunberg for example. One person can make a difference.
Samya: saying no and having boundaries is important. You don’t have to do everything and say yes to everything. We don’t need to be busy to be successful.
