@TheBetterGavin “I’d love to. Time to set sail.” Ema smiled as she took the boat from Klavier. She gave it a look over, admiring all the little details on the miniature sailboat before gently setting it in the water. Just like that, it disappeared, drifting down stream past there booth.

@TheBetterGavin “I think this one looks good. It comes with salmon sashimi, too.” That was something Lana liked a lot when she was growing up. She often brought sashimi home for dinner to celebrate a good occasion. Ema usually got it for nostalgia sake, but it still was one of her favorites.
@TheBetterGavin Ema scanned over the page again. They seemed to have a pretty good selection, each of them with an item or two she had never tried before. “Hm. Not a terrible idea. Let’s try that.” Taking the paper, she contemplated her choice again before writing down her order.

@TheBetterGavin Taking the menu she looked it over, nodding along as he spoke. “Very unique concept, I’ve got to hand it to them. I don’t envy their water bill though, that’s got to be a nightmare.” She snickered at her own dry humor. After a long hard look at the menu she looked at Klavier.
—
@TheBetterGavin Just then a small boat paddled down the stream past their booth and her smile grew. “That is adorable… How have I never been here before.”
@TheBetterGavin Privacy was one thing he was lacking and this place had plenty of it. Once inside it was evident what Klavier had been hinting at. Her eyes lit up as she looked out towards the garden.
—
@TheBetterGavin Ema waited for Klavier to open the door for her before she stepped out the car, straightening her dress before peering out past the cement garage to the city lights. It was quite the lovely evening tonight. She gestured for him to give her his arm to hold.
“Lead the way.”
@TheBetterGavin Once settled in the car she hummed, looking over to him as he spoke. He really remembered that? Ema did really like sushi and good sushi didn’t come cheap, so she had no complaints with this choice.
“I don’t think I’ve been to this place before, is it new? It sounds nice.”
@TheBetterGavin Ema rolled her eyes and huffed a laugh, taking his arm.
“What a gentleman.” She grinned a little to herself at Klavier’s comment on how she looked. Of course she looked great but it was always nice to hear, it made her feel oddly giddy. Ema couldn’t let him know that though.
—
@TheBetterGavin She still had to look her best after- hair down, a little jewlery, a touch of lipstick, and even a spritz of her nicer perfume as an added touch.
She smiled, closing the door behind her. “Well aren’t you punctual.”
@TheBetterGavin It wasn’t very long before the door opened, Ema appearing from behind it expectantly. She was dressed nice, not too formal (she couldn’t have him thinking she was excited about this or something), but she had decided on a dress for the occasion.
