We’re holding a free, family event on Saturday 10 August 12-2pm.Forest School activities, Henna artist, outdoor games, crafting, bracelet making, seed sowing and a park trail. Free food will also be available on a first come, first served basis. We look forward to seeing you!

A reminder that parking is now prohibited along the verges and pavements next to the park along both sides of Yardley Wood Rd and Swanshurst Lane. Enforcement officers will issue fixed penalties for anyone parked in this manner. You have been warned #billesley#moseley#parking
This is so incredibly sad. Jan is so knowledgeable, caring and does a wonderful job at our parks. Absolutely awful and will affect our local green spaces dreadfully 💔 Access to local nature spaces is vital to mental and physical health; very worrying for the future.
Cuts have consequences. We’ve been well supervised by Jan Tomlinson in recent years and her loss will be deeply felt. We don’t yet know what this will mean to progressing future plans. Parks are a lifeline but neglect of them will cost more in the long term.
We understand the Council have served notice on the travellers currently occupying the park and they must leave by Mon. Hopefully, they leave the site in a good state. We’ll be liaising further with Parks to see whether the access point can be closed off to future excursions.

Team 1: Officers have attended #SwanhurstPark#Birmingham after reports of youths on bikes in the park. This well looked after #Yamaha bike was found abandoned in the bushes and has now been recovered to stop it being used in further crime.
