This experience in Tokyo was incredibly important for @cz_binance .

He even chose not to return to McGill University afterward.

At his first company, he witnessed both the company's outward success and the internal corruption among its leadership.

At Building 2, he once again saw a founding team that focused only on appearances without any real revenue.

These experiences had a profound impact on his later founding of Binance.
