[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

Just a little heads-up on the content schedule in July - there’ll be plenty of summer content coming in August!

3ICE is happening tonight at Giant Center!

Attard isn’t going anywhere. I suspect he will be in Philadelphia sooner rather than later.

[Philadelphia Flyers @NHLFlyers]

OFFICIAL: We have signed defenseman Ronnie Attard to a two-year, two-way/one-way, $1.7 million contract ($850,000 AAV) and defenseman Victor Mete to a one-year, two-way, $775,000 contract.

Awesome to have Sutter back in the fold! He took a huge leap forward last season into an elite shutdown player with a habit of scoring goals at key times (see Game 3 of the Calder Cup Finals), should be interesting to see if he gets a look in Washington this year.

[Hershey Bears @TheHersheyBears]

Shut-down specialist. Playoff OT hero. Champion.

And the @Capitals now have him locked in for another year! 🔒

@sutts_14 has been re-signed to a one-year, two-way contract!

Dubé seemed to tear it up with Laval when playing and is a former teammate of Hendrix Lapierre.

[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

Two great free agent signings! Gotta think that Phillips will get a shot in Washington particularly with his Calgary coach Mitch Love now with the Caps, but he’d be a massive addition to the Bears.

ON THE DOTTED LINE. 🖊️

Additionally, the Capitals have announced the signings of forward Pierrick Dubé to a two-year ELC, and forward Matthew Phillips to a one-year, one-way contract. Welcome to the organization!

[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

Huge to have the captain and Shep back in the lineup! Two massive players towards a title defense.

[Hershey Bears @TheHersheyBears]

HERE TO RUN IT BACK. The Washington Capitals announce the re-signings of Dylan McIlrath and Hunter Shepard to two-year, two-way contracts for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons.

@HanoiIG That’s how it always seems to go - so sorry you had to deal with that! There always has to be one 🙃

[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

Who else is still watching on repeat one week later?!

[Hershey Bears @TheHersheyBears]

YOU ROARED FOR US. WE ROAR FOR YOU.

[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

@HanoiIG That’s awesome! You may have been in the shot when the goal was scored - noted a few Bears fans reacting there!

[FPH Bears @FPHBears]

@HanoiIG Were you the lucky guy right behind the celebration?!
