Coach Kotyk said that Stevenson had a strong camp prior to his injury. He was given a 4-6 week recovery timeframe, so it looks like he is right on time with that. @SCStingrays had 3 strong games before falling apart on Saturday night. Stevenson should be a welcome addition.

Tough break. Riley Morris was released by @SCStingrays. With Wall clearing immigration, there was a choice between the @ECHL top goalie tandem of opening weekend, Morris and Brodeur. Morris won the home opener against @NorfolkAdmirals. I can't believe he will be unemployed long.

After a disappointing campaign last year, @SCStingrays will be looking to make some waves in their 30th season. They have put together an experienced and deep team that will only get better as @Capitals and @TheHersheyBears get healthy. I spoke with Coach Kotyk for some insight.

Fans of @SCStingrays might be wondering about Evans who was in @TheHersheyBears camp on a PTO. I did confirm with a source that he picked up an injured. Based on my source's facial expression, I don't think he will be in Charleston soon. Hopefully I am wrong.
