City at home beat teams like Bournemouth at home 3-0 and their defence was rock solid. They will have 80% possession with players like Semenyo Cherki and Foden creating a lot of chances. It doesn’t matter if Coventry sit back, they’re not used to it, so they’ll be bad at it. At least Hull are used to it and Ipswich sitting back have the most def con defenders so they’re doing it well. Coventry might get a few results this year not my word it won’t be this week.

I don’t have him and I need my FT to get Rogers in for week 4 but if Chelsea wasn’t playing Hull next week I’d be getting him for Leeds and Cov. Leeds is not easy but they’re at home and Leeds were bad against Brentford going forward and got 1 big chance & scored it. He’s one player I wish I had.

After the match. If you’re thinking it’s a bad move to ditch Bruno- maybe, but we were very lucky with the mistake for his equalizer, gave us momentum at half time. The Harry handball had Ipswich aggravated & conceded the pen and without the game state changing, Bruno wouldn’t go big. Everton beat us last yr and then the Derby.

Wouldn’t change your lineup, 1st bench makes sense. Haaland is the obvious C but I’d chance Mbeumo if you don’t have Bruno- they must be better against Ipswich and he’s most nailed and most likely to score. I’d play Kinsky because keeping out the 3 Chelsea boys will be a really tough task whereas Newcastle just struggled to beat West Brom.
