It’s only been 5 weeks so far, but I think these stats are quite a good gauge to see just how heavily players are involved with their respective teams.

Of course penalty takers who have had a penalty so far will receive a boost from that, but I guess that is only another good indicator of points potential.

There's a slimmer possibility of BOU vs MCI being moved from GW37 to GW36 if MCI reach the FAC Final and MCI vs CRY moves to GW37.

Saka vs Palmer vs Son vs Salah vs Haaland

It's that time of the season where folks are confused about which premium to buy and getting frustrated with their timing of buys as premiums are blanking in easier fixtures and hauling in the tougher games.

What should we do now?

- Give your premiums the time to shine. Getting in a premium and getting frustrated if they blank for 2 GWs isn't exactly how FPL works. FPL follows the rules of average and the player will likely return when you feel the time is up and you need to jump on another player.
- Keep the consistent players locked in your team. This one is more about never transferring out the premiums who are more fixture proof than others. For example,
Salah has returned a double digit haul in 5 out of the 8 GWs. Haaland has done that in only 3/8 GWs. Palmer 2/8 GWs. Saka 2/8 and Son 3/8 GWs. It's simple to understand that Salah, Haaland and Son return big more often as compared to others (note: do look at the fixtures before reaching this conclusion)
- Keep those premiums which will help you maintain a balance in your team. For example - Buying Salah over Haaland helps you buy Palmer over Mbeumo as well which will increase the number of premiums in your team. Yes a 7.5M midfielder can perform and score points as well but the chances of a bigger haul is more for these premiums and hence they have been priced in such a way. Therefore, more premiums means more points for your team.
- Never be scared of EO. Keep that in mind but don't let it dictate your moves. Just because Haaland or Salah are 80% owned doesn't mean you will lose the season if you don't own them.

We currently own Haaland, Salah and Palmer but would soon move out Haaland which would help us get in Son and Saka. 4 premiums.
