@jackp593 I completely 100% agree with you that fiscal drag is a terrible thing that shouldn’t happen.

However, unlike the income tax/NI fiscal drag that is real and unavoidable for everyone, this car threshold is completely optional because customers have the chance to buy a cheaper car
