One player who is attracting me as an alternative to Pascal Gros at 5.5m is Sandro Tonali.

I think he will get defcon in over half the games he plays this season and will proceed to G/A more than people think.

He averaged 9.13 defcon actions per 90 minutes last season.

The friendly v Chelsea was a sign of his attacking capability.

He has been bought to be the team’s star player.

He will collect more points than Gros, McGinn & Wharton at the same price range with those 3 players in Europe this season imo.

He will be a super differential.

I think we will see a lot of people go WC5/6.

Better understanding of players and teams by then.

Fulham play Ipswich, hull and Coventry consecutively.

People will want to jump on Sunderland assets if they start well with their fixtures.

Everton and Newcastle play promoted teams in both 5 and 6 after difficult fixtures.

In form Arsenal attacker will be brought in for many.

Assume people will want 2 spurs players for Coventry at home too.

Yeah for sure, that’s why I think FH4 then WC6 be the perfect time to get a feel for things.

Isak v JP the big battle for many first 3 weeks.

Wirtz v Szobo.

Gros v ELF.

The biggest debates for me.

JVH probably gets more points than Calafiori over the first 3 weeks too but it be silly to go without at least one Arsenal defender in the first game.

Guess you also got the advantage of Isak probably taking pens over Szobo. Penalties not guaranteed but definitely an advantage.

Isak could be 9.3m if he starts well in the first 2 gameweeks with people then biting the bullet on selling JP ahead of Arsenal when Isak plays Ipswich.

With Welbeck in the mix and Ekitike out injured as well as Liverpool having much better fixtures I prefer Isak.

Isak return to a dismantled Newcastle at st James over Chelsea away to a bogey Fulham as well as Liverpool against Ipswich as Chelsea play away to Arsenal swings the decision for me.

@FPL_Marcello If Gros plays majority of the game in Europe next Thursday I will probably go with Tonali instead.

I’d rather Tonali on his home debut against Newcastle and home against Villa instead of Gros against Chelsea and Arsenal the same gameweeks.

I’m FH4 so can bring him on for that.
