Everton vs Ipswich (4/10)
Everton, another unbeaten side, host Ipswich on Saturday at 3pm in a clash between 9th and 10th.
The Toffees have enjoyed an entertaining start to the season, highlighted by a last-minute Maitland-Niles screamer to rescue a point against Manchester United. Everton have scored five goals and conceded just three, showcasing their defensive solidity. While they may lack a little attacking firepower, players such as Garner and Dewsbury-Hall are crucial to how Everton set up, while Tyrique George has emerged as a bright spark going forward.
Ipswich will be relatively pleased with their start after spending an immense £189.5 million during the summer transfer window. They have scored seven goals but will be concerned by the 10 they have conceded, leaving them 10th on six points. Enciso and Leif Davis have both stood out, contributing important attacking returns during the opening weeks of the campaign.
Prediction: I see Everton taking control of this game at home and making their defensive strength count. Ipswich should offer a threat going forward, but I expect the Toffees to come away with all three points.
Score prediction: Everton 2-0 Ipswich
MOTM: Dewsbury-Hall.
Game Week 5 Deep Dive Thread (1/10)⚽️🚨
Brentford vs Chelsea:
A Friday night London derby that screams goals and promises plenty of entertainment.
Brentford are unbeaten in their opening four league matches. After a victorious opening day, the Bees have drawn their last three, scoring 7 and conceding 4. Schade, Sangare and Lewis-Potter have all started the season impressively, combining for six goal contributions.
Chelsea come into this fixture with two wins, one draw and a loss to reigning champions Arsenal. While there have been inconsistencies in their performances, goals haven't been a problem. The Blues have scored 10 and conceded nine, with their dangerous front three 'JP Morgan' (Joao Pedro, Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers) combining for 14 goal contributions already.
Prediction: This game could genuinely go either way, but I'm expecting goals. Brentford 2-3 Chelsea
MOTM: Morgan Rogers
Arsenal vs Brighton (3/10)
Arsenal come into this game as clear favourites after winning all four of their opening matches. Brighton, meanwhile, have made a strong start themselves, recording two wins, one draw and one defeat.
The Seagulls currently sit fifth in the table, with their only loss coming against Chelsea. They have scored an impressive 13 goals so far this season, the highest tally in the division, while conceding a respectable five. Players such as Groß, De Cuyper and Vuskovic have been standout performers during Brighton's strong start.
Arsenal look extremely well-balanced under Arteta, combining defensive resilience with attacking quality. Rather than relying on one standout player, the Gunners operate effectively as a unit. Their system allows players such as Ødegaard and Havertz the freedom to influence games, helping the team function smoothly in and out of possession.
Prediction: I expect a competitive game, with Brighton's attack causing Arsenal a few problems. However, I think Arsenal's quality will shine through.
Score prediction: Brighton 1-2 Arsenal
MOTM: Ødegaard.
Tottenham vs Aston Villa (2/10)
An interesting fixture with both teams yet to secure a win in the premier league, with Tottenham failing to score a premier league goal.
Tottenham come into the fixture winless, having struggled for goals, scoring 0 in their opening four while conceding 5. Spurs have improved defensively over their last two games against Everton and Nottingham Forest, keeping clean sheets in both. Their attackers have been below par so far, although Savio showed positive signs against Everton and looks threatening off the right.
Aston Villa have had a disappointing start to the campaign, picking up just 1 point from their opening four matches. They have scored just 1 goal while conceding a worrying 7. Again, villa's attack hasn't been at its best, but Nicolas Jackson has shown promise, while Mbaye impressed on his debut against Coventry in the League Cup.
Prediction: Another tricky game to call that could really go either way, so I'm going for a 1-1 draw.
MOTM: Suzuki

Finally, if Reece James can't play RCB, RB or RWB , then he is holding the team to Ransom. We need to start having the uncomfortable conversations.
REECE JAMES ISN'T A MIDFIELDER
@AlexEdwardo96@FPL__Raptor Havertz and Odegaard particularly for me I assume his rating was bumped up because of the assist?
Think Arsenal defensively are annoyingly strong.
Reece James, Cole Palmer, Rogers, Joao Pedro and Caicedo.
Arguably Arterta finds room for every single one of these in the 11.
Not saying all start at the same time.
Actually think Reece James fully fit starts for every club in the world.
