Then it all went to waste as he couldn’t sort out the egos in the dressing room as suggested.

Idk if Mourinho can get that sorted, for a while maybe, but you need to be winning games to keep everyone tuned in.

@FPLStone I think he is excellent at quickly installing a positional system in which players tend to create a lot of chances for themselves through passing patterns. Def line is dangerously high, but we were 7 pts clear at the top scoring a lot.

That was apparent straight from the CWC.

@NighthawkFPL It’s going to be a short term fix, then it becomes apparent Jose has lost touch with current football and we will look back at another wasted season with a squad of tremendous talent.

We should be asking, how can Mourinho start or revive a reasonable sporting project for the future, when he can barely last one season?

How can we elevate dressing room culture with the man who is a personified conflict?
