@Swidub @dutweets When I signed up for the BeIn Ultimate nonsense I was told I could go back to the 110 AED regular BeIn afterwards and just pay a cancellation fee - they’ve now changed this and the 110 AED version doesn’t exist. Awful treatment of customers.

@dutweets To navigate the absolute scandal of a 12month contract for a one month event-I’ve had it confirmed by Du that if you cancel after 1month you’ll only pay the 1 month cancellation fee (200AED) - making the month a total of 290AED. Mad but slightly better #Du #BeIn
