You can have players from better teams and/or with better fixtures, and the budget isn't so restrictive as to force decisions.
Too many easy fixtures with the nature of the extended competition.

I'm reading this sentiment often.

But the rank projection is based simply on the projected points before matches, not in-game activity.

It doesn't make sense to describe the outcome as unlucky. A high projected rank simply corresponds with closely following this model.

@GoldenGoalFF This measures projections before games, not in game activity. So, following models closely will align with the best predicted rank because the rank is just based on the projections, not actual events..
