Acquisition of FPM AML I CFT Solution Business
First Paramount Modaraba has acquired a 60% ownership stake in the FPM AML/CFT Screening Solution Business (Both inside and outside Pakistan). The business has been independently valued at Rs.334 million by an independent valuer.
