@HCsick @charlotte_giff Charlotte, the project manager of the #LoanCharge (and APNs before that) was Phil Gilbert, the bestie of Ray McCann by his own admission (!!!).
Talk about a conflict!
It is in fact very possible that the very idea of the #LoanCharge was whispered into Gilbert's ear by McCann...
