We are stepping into this year grounded in purpose, carrying the weight of what we have witnessed and clear about the responsibility that lies ahead of us.
To set the tone, we came together as a team to reflect deeply on the year that has passed and to plan deliberately for the work before us. It was a space to assess our impact, confront the gaps that remain and make honest decisions about how we strengthen our response to sexual violence and support for survivors.
The work continues and we are entering this year prepared, focused and ready to do what must be done.
